PARIS BLACK CAPSULE REVIEW
When you live in Paris, meeting friends over a cup of coffee in a neighborhood Cafe is pretty much a way of life, especially in your youth, and without sounding like a cliche, the city of lights can certainly be credited for making me embrace the art of espresso. Aiming at recreating this Parisian coffee shop experience at home, Nespresso is bringing this limited edition and certainly comes close to the real thing. Paris Black is dark, boldly roasted and peppery just the way I like it, leaving you with a thick finish. If you’re a purist, you might however notice that the texture is not as creamy, and if you’re looking for the perfect incarnation, you might want to try Illy, which is the brand served in most Parisian coffee shops … but this is another story we will cover soon …
