Kati

Giza Zebra Coffee capsule and cup

Zebra Coffee’s Giza capsule and coffee cup

Coffee beans from Guatemala and Indonesia.

OUR REVIEW

The Kati coffee capsule served as an introduction to the Zebra Coffee Company and it certainly made a good first impression. With an intensity of 6, Kati is a coffee with a pleasant body which feels slightly acid and woody, in a good way. It also leaves a strong and somewhat salty after-taste, which lasts for a while and emphasizes its personality.
COFFEE PAIRING

Kati Zebra Coffee capsule bag

Zebra Coffee’s Kati coffee capsule bag

  • Activities: Good to start the day, with breakfast and throughout the morning, the medium intensity allowing to have a few cups without problem.
  • Music: Because it’s both smooth and acid, it’s a good match for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ pop and scruffy tunes.
  • Food: The acidity can be counterbalanced by something chocolaty including chocolate cereals.

PACKAGING

Unlike other capsule manufacturers using rectangle or square boxes, Zebra Coffee’s Kati coffee comes in a a recyclable brown paper bag featuring an orange band and including 10 gray capsules.
