A mild roast with a moderate intensity of 6 out of 10, Gourmesso’s India Pura Mezzo disappoints. Not only does this coffee’s texture feel too watery but it lacks both flavor and aftertaste – if you really pay attention to it, you might notice some very light chocolate hints and a salty aftertaste but it’s too negligible to really matter.
COFFEE PAIRING
- Activities: I wouldn’t start my day with India Pura Mezzo as it doesn’t have enough kick. I wouldn’t use it for coffee breaks but rather as a filler when I’m too busy to pay attention to what I’m drinking.
- Music: For some reason, it reminds me of Bon Jovi!
