OUR REVIEW
With an intensity of 4, Delicato is Rosso Caffe’s lighter coffee and its name, delicate, seems to be a pretty fair description. It has a slightly fruity taste and it is smooth but probably lacks some flavor as well. It works pretty well as a lungo beverage though, when you want do want something strong and you can certainly have a couple cups without blinking.

- Activities: Good for breakfast and for a few additional cups throughout the morning.
- Music: Because it is light but not unpleasant, it is a good match for that new folky scene – think Munford and co.
- Food: I dip French brioche in that coffee, the light coffee adding a welcome bitter note to the brioche’ strong buttery taste.
